We offer support to slow general physical deterioration that comes with ageing.

Problems can be as simple as walking, going out for meals, negotiating steps, going to the shops, getting up from the chair, going out in the dark, finding yourself short of breath from daily activities.

We will carry out an extensive initial assessment and provide you with a tailored exercise programme which can be done comfortably in your own home. These exercises will help you regain your independence, confidence and tackle the problems you are facing. It may slow down or even stop the general physical deterioration you are experiencing.

We can also support you with any specific goals you would like to achieve but are worried about attempting alone, like getting back on the bus, going to shops, going to the swimming pool etc.
